A full service law enforcement, corrections, and civil process agency, the Madison County Sheriff’s Department is located in the Madison County Courthouse in Madison, Nebraska. It serves the citizens of the County and the cities of Battle Creek, Madison, Meadow Grove, Newman Grove, Norfolk, and Tilden.

The Sheriff’s Office provides contract law enforcement services to two communities in Madison County – Meadow Grove and Newman Grove. it also assists and supports the law enforcement agencies of Battle Creek, Madison, Norfolk, and Tilden.

Todd Volk is the Madison County Sheriff and Jon Downey is Chief Deputy.
